| 英文摘要 | This Act may be cited as the Trade Marks Act, 1963. This is an Act to make new provision in respect of trade marks and related matters,in substitution for the provisions of Part 4 and Part 5 of the Industrial and Commercial Property(Protection) Act,1927,and other enactments relating thereto,and to provide for other matters connected with the matters aforesaid. This Act is promulgated by Irish Patent Office,and the date of entry into force is April 1, 1964. |
