These Regulations are about Records Royalty System related to Copyright.The contents include: Citation; Definition;Service of Documents;Notice of Intended Making of Record of Musical Work;Payment of Royalty by Manufacturer of Records of Musical Works;Payment of Royalty by Affixing Adhesive Labels;Adhesive Labels;Payment of Royalty Where Owner of Copyright Cannot Be Found;Certification of Statements;Retail Selling Price and so on. These Regulations are promulgated by Intellectual Property Office of Singapore,and the date of entry into force is April 10, 1987. |
