| 英文摘要 | This Act may be cited as the Designs Act 2003. Sections 1 and 2 and anything in this Act not elsewhere covered by this table was commenced on the day on which this Act receives on 17 December 2003； Sections 3 to 161 was commenced on 17 June 2004. if a provision covered by item 2 of the table does not commence within the period of 6 months beginning on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent, it commences on the first day after the end of that period. |
