| 英文摘要 | These Rules may be cited as the Trade Marks Rules 1994.“United Kingdom”in the Rules includes the Isle of Man. These Rules are about management of trade marks,its contents include:Application for registration;Publication, observations, opposition and registration;Amendment of application;Division, merger and series of marks;Collective certification marks;Renewal and restoration and so on. These Rules are promulgated by the British Parliament,and come into force on 31st October 1994. |
